Our service guarantee
We promise that the customer service you receive will be upper class. That’s because we are a small business focused on taking care of our customers.
All emails and communication go to a principal of the business. Not inexperienced or unknowledgeable personnel.
This service also applies to refunds. We understand that the analyzer may not be fit for everybody. However, we focus on making sure that we end on good terms, and that you are respected and cared for from start to finish.
Here is how our refund works.

Your satisfaction is utmost important.
If you wish to request a refund at any time during the first two (2) weeks, you can email or send us a message and we will act promptly to assist you.
Ultimately, we want to make sure you are happy and only pay for what you are satisfied with.
We are not in the business of taking your money, making a quick buck and leaving a foul taste in your mouth.
First 2 weeks
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 2 weeks after purchase, simply delete all digital files, video, audio, and text files you obtained from us.
Notify us by email or send us a message. A pro-rated refund will be provided. Only one month of subscription fees is charged if you request for a refund within 14 days.
For example, if you sign up in 3rd October and cancel within 14 days, you will have access until 3rd November. The remaining time will be fully refunded.
We will be sorry to see you go but will honor your request promptly. Guaranteed.
Why pro-rated?
Why not full refund? Why only pro-rated refund?
We believe in fair deal. We only able to provide pro-rated refund to prevent abuse from members by signing up and cancel every 14 days to enjoy free usage.
No one in the market provide refunds for user. We are able to do it only because we are confident with our product.
Reason refunds are rejected
Nobody in the industry has our refund policy. They entice you to sign up, then lock you in.
Our refund policies are lenient, but we also have employees to pay, bills to pay and family to feed.
Therefore, if any sign of abuse is detected from your account, you will not be eligible for any form of refund and your account will be shut down immediately.
Abuse involves hacking our API’s to force download data, using scripts not authorized by us to auto retrieve, download or store data, sharing accounts with others, reselling data or software without permission, claiming ownership of our intellectual property or using bots to scrape data.
We reserve the right to decide what constitutes as abuse.
